About This Project

Revenue participation in a LEED Gold certified garment manufacturing complex in Gazipur — one of Bangladesh's prime Ready-Made Garment (RMG) export zones. The 6-building complex employs 4,800 workers and holds Bluesign, OEKO-TEX, and BSCI certifications. Supply contracts are in place with H&M, Zara, and Primark for 2024–2027. Bangladesh is the world's 2nd largest apparel exporter ($46.99B in 2023). The complex has its own solar rooftop (2.8 MW) and ETP wastewater treatment. Revenue sharing is based on quarterly export invoice value.
