Structured finance vehicle providing working capital to 85 licensed artisanal and small-scale gold (ASG) mining groups in Geita District, Tanzania — the country's highest-producing gold region. The collective aggregates output, implements mercury-free BORAX processing, and sells through certified export channels at 95–98% spot price. Investors provide working capital in 90-day rotating tranches. Returns are generated from the 3.5% buy-sell spread on each gold consignment and the 2% export levy rebate from Tanzania Mineral Audit Agency.
