Equity stake in a 48-hectare industrial park development in Binh Duong Province — Vietnam's top manufacturing destination and part of the Ho Chi Minh City mega-region. The park is pre-leased at 78% to 12 tenants including South Korean electronics manufacturers and European consumer goods companies relocating from China. Vietnam's manufacturing FDI hit a record $36.6B in 2024. The park infrastructure (roads, utilities, fiber, wastewater treatment) is fully funded by the project. Investors receive rental income from factory unit leases from year 2.
